1 bedroom, all inclusive suite for rent August 1st. Includes heat, hot water and wifi. Ground floor suite with covered patio, yard access and in suite washer/dryer. We are on a quiet street, a 1 minute walk from the park, Oak Bay Village and the new Red Barn Market, on bus routes to Uvic and Camosun College and 15-20 walk or short bus ride from downtown. The suite is small and really only suitable for 1 person. We reserve the right to give awesome people with great attitudes preferential treatment because we have to live above you and - well, that's only fair. ;-)
Also, quiet, small pets will be considered on a case by case basis. If you are awesome, it's likely that your pets will be too, so we reserve the right to give preferential treatment to awesome pets too.
